MY DOCUMENTS MISSING FROM MY COMPUTER

Sometimes My Documents may disappear from My Computer, in order to resolve this
issue do the following:
- go to start, run..
- type regedit, click ok
- go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\
  DocFolderPaths\
- add new string value named the same as your logon (i.e. if your logon username
  is bob, name it bob)
- make the value of the string link to your documents folder (ex. 
  C:\Documents and Settings\<YOURUSERNAME>\My Documents)
- click ok
- close regedit, reboot
