CREATE SHORTCUT TO ADMINSTRATIVE TOOLS

The easy method:
- open control panel
- click and drag adminstrative tools to the desktop


The registry method:
- click start, run..
- type in regedit, click ok
- go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\
  Desktop\NameSpace\
- create new key and name it
  {D20EA4E1-3957-11d2-A40B-0C5020524153}
- close regedit
