CHANGE LOG-ON WALLPAPER

If you would like to change the background on the log-on screen then
this tweak is for you. Make sure you have classic winlogon enabled if
you are running Windows XP.

To change the log-on background:
- click start, run.., type in regedit, click ok
- go to HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop
- scroll down in the right pane to the string value named Wallpaper
- double-click it and change the value to point to the location of
  your wallpaper. For example, if my wallpaper was named win.bmp and
  located in C:\Windows\ then I'd make the value C:\Windows\win.bmp
