REMOVE CONTEXT MENU ENTRIES

The context menu is the menu you see when you right click on a item in 
explorer. Following these directions will allow you to modify what shows
up and what doesn't:

- click start, run..
- type in regedit
- click ok
- go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\
- delete the keys that correspond to the entries you wish to remove
