DISABLE INFORMATION BAR IN IE6 SP2

On internet explorer 6 sp2, active x installations show up as a little 
information bar at the top of the page. You change this behavior to have
the classic ie 6 sp1 prompts. To do this:
- click start, run..
- type in regedit, click ok
- go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\
  FeatureControl
- create new key named "FEATURE_SECURITYBAND"
= open the newly created key
- create new string "(Reserved)" give it a value of 0
- create new string "explorer.exe" give it a value of 0
- finally, create another new string named "iexplore.exe" give it a value
  of 0
