DISABLE DATA EXECUTION PREVENTION IN SP2

Data Execution Prevention is designed to prevent programs from writing on one
another. Problem is this often inferiors with hacks for games, as well as some
poorer written programs can't run.

To disable Data Execution Prevention:
- right-click my computer, select properties
- click advanced tab
- click Settings under Startup and Recovery
- click Edit
- under [Operating Systems] should be the entry of your operating system,
  Windows XP Professional, Windows XP Home, etc.
- look for the switch "/NoExecute=" delete everything after the "=" and
  put in its place, Alwaysoff
- click file, save
- reboot your computer for changes to take effect
