NEW WINDOWS ARE BLANK IN IE

If your new windows in IE end up being blank when there is supposed to be
content, you may want to try the following fix:
- click start, run..
- type in "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" press enter
- then open IE, go to Tools > Internet Options
- click Programs tab
- click "Reset Web Settings"
- click yes to prompt
- close and reload IE

The problem should be solved.
