REQUIRE ALT + CTRL + DEL TO LOGON

If you wish to go back to the NT4 style where you are required to press
Alt + ctrl + del to logon to the machine, then you can do the following
to enable it under XP:

- click start, run..
- type "regedit" click ok
- go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\
Winlogon\
- create or modify DWORD value "DisableCad"
- give it the value of "0" to enable Ctrl + Alt + Del logon, "1" to
  disable Alt + Ctrl + Del logon
