REMOVE CONTENT ADVISOR/RATINGS PASSWORD

If you need to reset the password to the content advisor so you can browse
around the internet freely again..do the following:
- click start, run..
- type in "regedit" click ok
- go to 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\
- delete key "Ratings"
- close regedit, reboot your machine
