CHANGE DEFAULT DIRECTORY FOR INSTALLING PROGRAMS

The default directory for programs to install themselves to is generally
C:\Program Files\...you can change this by modifying the registry:
- click start, run..
- type "regedit" click ok
- go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version
- modify string value "ProgramFilesDir"
- change it to the directory you wish to have programs point to by
  default (i.e. C:\Programs\)
- close regedit
