DISABLE .CAB FILE INTREGATION

Much like the zip intregation, Windows XP will treat cab files as folders
instead of files. If you have a 3rd party program to view cab files then
disable this intregation BS by doing the following:
- click start, run..
- type in "regsvr32 /u cabview.dll", press enter

If you need to reintregate the XP CAB viewer then do the following:
- click start, run..
- type in "regsvr32 cabview.dll", press enter
