FIX HOTMAIL DELAY AFTER MESSENGER REMOVAL

If you have removed or disabled windows messenger you MAY have a issue to
where hotmail will no longer load as fast as it normally does. In order to
solve this issue you must modify your registry as follows:
- click start, run.., type in regedit, click ok
- go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Messenger.MsgrObject
- rename "Messenger.MsgrObject" to "-Messenger.MsgrObject" or delete it
  entirely
- close regedit

Your issues should be resolved immediately.
