HELP AND SUPPORT DOESN'T WORK

If your Help and Support button on the start menu fails to function or load at all,
try the following solution:
- click start, run..
- type in helpctr -regserver
- then try to run it again

If this does not work for you, you may need to attempt to reinstall the Help and 
Support Fuction by doing the following:
- click start, run..
- type in C:\Windows\Inf (or where your windows dir is located)
- find the file "pchealth.inf", right-click and select install

If you cannot find the file make sure you have, "Show all hidden files or folders"
checked in folder options...to do this:
- open my computer
- click tools - folder options..
- click view tab
- check 'show hidden files or folders'
- click ok

This should reinstall Help and Support, and should get it up and running again.
