ENABLE FAST USER SWITCHING/RETAIN INTERNET CONNECTION

In certain situations you may become disconnected by using the fast user
switching feature in Windows XP. Doing this will prevent disconnections
when switching between users:
- click start, run.., type regedit, click ok
- go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\
  Winlogon\
- create new string value in the right pane named "KeepRasConnections"
- give it a value of 1
- reboot your machine
