DISABLE WINDOWS XP SPLASH SCREEN

This will disable the graphical splash screen you get to see everytime you
boot your machine:
- right-click my computer, select properties
- click advanced tab, startup and recovery
- click settings, and click edit
- modify the entry pointing to Windows XP and add the following line "/SOS"
- so it will read like the following (EXAMPLE):
\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect /SOS
- close, and reboot your machine
