ADD ADMINSTRATIVE TOOLS TO START MENU

To save some time accessing Admin. tools through the control panel, you
can add it directly to your start menu instead..to do this:
- click start, run.., type regedit, click ok
- go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\
  Advanced
- create new string value in the right pane named "StartMenuAdminTools"
- give it the value of "Yes"

You can also do this system wide by going to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
instead.
