DISABLE BALLOON TIPS

If you wish to get rid of the balloon tips that appear when you put your
cursor over certain objects in windows, do the following:

- open regedit (start, run.., regedit, ok)
- navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
  Explorer\Advanced
- create or modify DWORD value "EnableBalloonTips"
- give it the value of 0 to disable, click ok
- close regedit, reboot
