ENABLE CLEARTYPE FONT ON WELCOME SCREEN

Enabling ClearType within your account logon will NOT enable it on the Welcome
Screen, in order to make it appear in your welcome screen you will need to 
modify the registry.
- Log on to your account
- click start, run.., type in regedit, click ok
- navigate to.. HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop
- change the value in the right pane named "FontSmoothingType" to read "2"
- log off, reboot and your machine will now display cleartype font on the
welcome screen.
