             INTERNET EXPLORER DOESNT PROMPT A DOWNLOAD BOX

When downloading, you may not have the option to save the file, instead
internet explorer automatically assumes you are downloading it to a 
temp. directory..to repair this you must find out the file type you are
downloading (i.e. zip, exe, com) and then change it like this:
- double-click my computer
- click tools, folder options
- click file types tab
- scroll down to the file type that refuses to prompt you
- highlight it, click advanced
- make sure "confirm open after download" is checked
- click ok twice
- close and restart internet explorer
