               ERROR: RUNDLL32.EXE ENTRY POINT NOT FOUND 
               WHEN SELECTING PROPERTIES ON THE CONTEXT MENU
               OF MY COMPUTER

This issue is caused when you try a inplace repair of Windows XP with
a service pack installed. To fix it:
- Reboot your machine
- press F8 to get the boot menu
- select safe mode
- use my computer, go to C:\Windows\INF\
- right-click sr.inf and select install
- once the install completes, reboot your machine

The issue should be resolved.
