                  DISABLE THE USE OF F3 TO SEARCH

This will disable a users ability to use the F3 key to search on your
computer, to do this:
- open the registry (start, run.., regedit)
- go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\microsoft\Internet Explorer\
  Restrictions\
- create a new DWORD value named, NoFindFiles
- give it the value of 1
- reboot your computer or log off for changes to take effect.
