                 Start Menu Items Scroll Off The Screen

There are two ways to fix this, you can enable scrolling Start Menu by:
- Right-click start, select properties
- click start menu tab
- click customize
- click advanced tab, check Scroll Programs
- click ok, apply, ok

Alternatively you can increase your monitors resolution to show the
menu that is going off the screen, to do this:
- right-click on the desktop, select properties
- click settings tab
- move the "screen resolution" tab to the right to increase the
  resolution, note that this makes everything on the screen smaller.
- click ok
