This can be caused because of two things:
- AUTO REBOOT ON ERRORS is enabled
- Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.0 is installed


To disable Auto-Reboot:
- click start, settings, control panel
- double-click system
- click advanced
- click settings under "Startup and Recovery"
- uncheck "Automatically restart" under system failure

To fix Easy CD Creator Issues:
a) Uninstall Easy CD Creator/Direct CD
b) Go to roxio.com search for any patches for the software product
   that you are using.
