This will reset your security policies back to default. NOTE: Once this is
done it cannot be undone.

To reset your security settings:
- click start, run..
- type cmd, click ok
- type the following:
  secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\repair secsetup /db secsetup.sdb /verbose
- The effects should take effect immediately
