              </-PREVENT <x> PROGRAM FROM BEING LISTED IN MOST
                      FREQUENTLY USED PROGRAMS LIST-/>

When you click start, you are presented with the programs you most 
frequently use. This will disable individual programs from appearing
in the list.

- open the registry (start, run.., regedit)
- go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\
- create a key as the name of the application (i.e. mozilla.exe)
- now add a empty string value named NoStartPage
