           </-CLEAR OLD ENTRIES IN THE NOTIFICATION SYSTRAY-/>

This will clear old entries from the customize notifications window.

- open regedit (start - run.. - regedit - ok)
- go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
  Explorer\TrayNotify
- delete IconStreams and PastIconsStream values from the registry
- restart your computer
