This increases security on your computer by making it so there is no 
username as "Administrator" to guess the password to.

To do this you need to create a new account with adminstrative rights. 
log-on using this account then follow these steps:
- open the control panel
- double-click adminstrative tools
- double-click computer management
- click '+' next to Local Users and Groups
- open Users
- right-click on "Administrator" and select properties
- check "account is disabled"
- click ok
