              </- COPY OLD USER SETTINGS TO A NEW USER -/>

First create a new account:
- log-on with an account with adminstrative rights
- click start, control panel
- click user accounts
- click advanced tab, click advanced
- click the users folder in the left pane
- click action, new user
- fill in the values as needed, click create

Copy the files:
- log-on to any other user that does not include the profile you are
  copying to or from.
- in explorer reveal all hidden files by clicking tools - folder
  options, click view tab, uncheck "show hidden files and folders"
  uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" click ok
- Open C:\Documents and Settings\<oldusername>, copy every file from
  the <olduser> folder except for ntuser.dat, ntuser.dat.log, ntuser.ini
- open C:\Documents and Settings\<newusername>, paste all the data in
  here, now log off and log on as the new user.
