+- - - - - - - - - - - - - -+ eBay Haunted Item Stories +- - - - - - - - - - - - - -+ Hello, and welcome. This file covers some of the bizzare, claimed to be haunted items on eBay and tells their stories. I do not know weither they are true or not. [ THE HAUNTED PAINTING - THE BOY & DOLL ] By far the most popular haunted item sold on ebay. The haunted painting depicts a picture of a boy and a doll (sometimes claimed to be a girl) standing by a window, in which the window has various hands about in a dark background. The boys eyes are very odd looking and he has the appearance of being older in the face than what he is. The girl is a doll with extremely dark eyes, and the limbs are loosely put together. The claims to this photo is that the owner's daughter has seen the two fighting..and apparently came into the room at night. The family decided to setup cameras and apparently pictures proved that the boy did come out of the painting in at least one occurance. This is when the person decided to sell it. This painting was orignally done by Bill Stoneham in 1972. [ THE HAUNTED PAINTING - BUSINESS MAN/BLOOD SPLATTER ] This is another posting of a haunted painting on July 7th, 2002. The painting depicts a portrait of a business man and "blood splatter" all over his left shoulder. The business man's eyes look cold and distant, gives quite a errie feeling to it. The story goes with a man named Harold and his wife. Apparently in 1996 his wife as diagnosed with multiple-schlerosis. By the time 2001 hit Harold's wife was bed-ridden. In Feb. 2001 Harold was diagnosed with brain cancer, so on march 23rd 2001 he had had enough. Harold killed "Dolly" (his wife) by shooting her in the back of the head as she was sleeping with a 12gauge shotgun. Harold then proceeded to end his own life. The painting was found sometime later behind boxes in the house, there is a supposed second face behind the "blood splatter". The owners of this house have since had some strange occurances in their house. Apparently their dog has howled at the painting, while the wife has seen "Dolly" at the edge of the bed in a wheelchair.
